BRAIN-BODY LONGEVITY METHOD

A 6-month guided program to help you move from brain-health worry into simple, sustainable habits that fit your real life.

Book A Call

You know taking care of your brain matters. The problem is finding the time to do it consistently.

The Brain-Body Longevity Method helps you turn what you know you “should” be doing into small, realistic habits you can actually maintain, even when work, caregiving, family, and life get in the way.

So you can spend less time worrying about your future brain and more time knowing you are doing something meaningful to support it.

Support the brain you want to rely on for the years ahead, so you can stay connected to the people you love, the memories you treasure, and the life you want to keep living.

Because ultimately, this isn’t just about “brain health.”

It’s about staying engaged in conversations. Remembering the stories your family tells. And still knowing exactly who everyone is around the dinner table.

If you’ve been quietly (or loudly) worrying about your brain health, this is for you.

Maybe your mum, dad, partner, or someone you love has Alzheimer’s or dementia.

And perhaps you’ve found yourself wondering:

“Is this going to happen to me?”

Maybe forgetting a word or losing your train of thought suddenly carries more weight than it used to.

Maybe you’re caregiving and realizing your own health keeps slipping to the bottom of the list.

Or perhaps you’ve tried to take better care of yourself before. You start with good intentions, but work gets busy, someone needs you, you miss a few days, and before long the new habit has disappeared. By evening, you’re tired. Tomorrow feels like a better day to start again. And somehow, your own health keeps getting pushed further down the list.

You don’t need more willpower. You need habits that are realistic enough to survive real life.

Your parent’s diagnosis is not your destiny.

You cannot change the genes you inherited.

You cannot control every factor involved in how your brain ages.

And there is currently no cure for Alzheimer’s disease.

But there are factors we can influence that may help reduce risk and support brain health as we age.

That is where this program focuses.

Through nourishment, movement, stress management, meditation, connection and other brain-supportive lifestyle habits, you’ll learn practical ways to care for the brain and body you have today, while supporting your health for the years ahead.

This isn’t a promise that Alzheimer’s or dementia can be prevented. It’s an opportunity to focus on the things you can influence, rather than living in fear of the things you can’t.

You don’t need more information. You need help turning it into real life.

Most of us already know we should eat better, move more, manage stress and take care of ourselves.

The problem is making those things happen consistently when life is already full.

Over six months, we’ll work gradually with four key areas of brain-body longevity:

Movement, strength and balance

Stress, breath and meditation

Food and nourishment

Connection, purpose and emotional well-being

Instead of trying to overhaul everything at once, you’ll learn how to make small changes you can actually repeat.

The goal is not to create the perfect wellness routine.

It is to make caring for your brain and body easier to fit into the life you already have.

What becomes possible when brain-health habits fit into real life?

  • You have something practical to do when worry about your memory starts to spiral.
  • You have a breath practice you can use before you snap, shut down or simply push through another stressful day.
  • You make more brain-supportive food choices without obsessing over every meal.
  • You feel stronger and steadier getting out of a chair, climbing stairs, walking the dog, gardening, travelling or trusting your footing.
  • You have more capacity for the people you love without always putting yourself last.
  • Instead of feeling helpless about your future, you know you are taking meaningful action to support it.

Small habits today. More confidence in how you care for your future brain.

How The Brain-Body Longevity Method Works

This is a 6-month guided hybrid program combining self-paced learning with personal guidance, group support, and practical brain-body practices.

In the first month, you’ll be introduced to the program and some simple, short practices. You’ll then receive a new area of focus each month, giving you time to learn, practice, and build what you’re learning into your own life.

You won’t be expected to binge hours of content or keep up with a demanding weekly schedule. And you won’t be left with a collection of videos wondering what to do next.

We’ll work step by step to identify:

  • What matters most for you right now?
  • What is realistic with the time and energy you actually have?
  • What is getting in the way?
  • What is the smallest next step that still matters?

Instead of being told to “exercise more,” we find movement you can realistically repeat, even if you only have five or ten minutes.

Instead of simply being told to “manage stress,” you learn practices you can use when you’re lying awake worrying or feeling emotionally stretched.

And instead of handing you a list of foods you should and shouldn’t eat, we look for manageable changes to meals you’re already making.

Learn. Practice. Personalize. Reflect. Return.

Because sustainable habits aren’t built by never falling off track.

They’re built by learning how to return and keep going when life gets in the way.

What's Included

6 Monthly Private Calls with Tracey

One private call each month for personalized guidance, habit planning, troubleshooting, and accountability. Your call will be recorded and transcribed so you can review it whenever you need to. We’ll look at what’s working, where you’re getting stuck, and what feels realistic right now, so you leave knowing your next small step.

This is where we make the program personal.

6 Monthly Group Calls

One live group call each month for teaching, guided practice, Q&A, reflection, and connection. Bring your questions, share your wins and challenges, and learn alongside others who are also working to make brain-health habits part of everyday life.

Group calls are recorded and available in the course portal.

Between-Call Message Support

Reach out with brief questions or habit check-ins between scheduled calls when you need a little help getting back on track.

Private Course Portal

Access short teaching videos, gentle movement and balance practices, breathwork, Kirtan Kriya meditation guidance, habit trackers, reflection worksheets, brain-body longevity resources, and group call recordings.

Everything is designed to support your progress without giving you more to keep up with.

Brain-Body Habit Tracking & Reflection

Simple tracking helps you notice what is actually working, what gets in the way, and where you need to adjust.

Consistency doesn’t mean never missing a day. It means knowing how to return.

BONUS: Live Online Qi Gong Classes

Recordings are also available in the course portal.

You’ll be invited to join my live online Qi Gong classes throughout the six-month program at no additional cost. These classes offer a gentle opportunity to move, breathe, work with balance and coordination, and find inspiration for your own home practice.

You can join standing, seated on a sturdy chair, or use a combination of both.

Come as you are. Do what you can. Respect how your body feels that day.

Your 6-Month Journey

Month 1: Begin With Your Brain-Body Baseline

We start with where you are now: your concerns, current habits, capacity and priorities.

You’ll also learn how the program works, how to find your resources, and how to join classes and group calls.

Month 2: Move Your Body

Build movement, strength, balance, coordination, and mobility through gentle yoga, Qi Gong, and functional movement.

Real-life result: You feel more capable climbing stairs, getting out of a chair, walking, gardening, travelling, balancing and trusting your body as you age, while building movement habits that also support your brain health.

Month 3: Calm Your System

Learn simple breath, meditation and nervous-system practices for busy, anxious or emotionally stretched days.

Real-life result: When worry rises, you have something practical to reach for instead of simply spiralling or pushing through.

Month 5: Stay Connected to What Matters

Explore connection, purpose, emotional well-being, community and the things that give your life meaning.

Real-life result: You make more space for the people and experiences that matter instead of allowing self-care and connection to disappear when life gets busy.

Month 6: Your Sustainable Brain-Body Longevity Plan

Bring everything together into a personalized rhythm you can continue beyond the program.

Real-life result: You leave with brain-supportive habits that work for you, and you know how to return to them after travel, illness, caregiving, busy periods, or simply losing momentum.

Why Six Months?

Because starting a healthy habit is one thing.

Still doing it when life gets busy is another.

Six months gives you time to practice, adjust, miss a few days, begin again, and discover what actually works with your life, energy, and responsibilities.

We’re not aiming for a perfect routine.

We’re building habits that can survive busy weeks, caregiving weeks, holidays, low-energy days and the inevitable interruptions of real life.

The goal isn’t to finish a course.

It’s to leave with habits you’re still using after the program is over.

Ready to take your brain health seriously without trying to overhaul your whole life?

If you’ve been carrying worry about your brain health, you don’t have to respond by trying to change everything at once.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I’m very busy?

That is exactly why this program was created.

You don’t need hours of spare time or a perfect morning routine. We’ll focus on making brain-health habits small enough to fit into the life you already have. That might mean five or ten minutes of movement instead of waiting for time to fit in a full workout, a short breathing practice during a stressful day, or one manageable change to a meal you already eat.

The aim is not to find more hours in your day. It is to make better use of the moments you already have.

What if I struggle to stick with healthy habits?

You’re not expected to be perfectly consistent.

Part of the program is learning what makes a habit realistic for you, noticing what tends to derail it, and adjusting when something isn’t working.

If you miss a few days or life gets in the way, you haven’t failed.

Consistency doesn’t mean never missing a day. It means knowing how to return.

What if I’m caregiving?

We work with your actual capacity, not an ideal schedule.

On difficult weeks, the question becomes:

What is the smallest thing I can realistically do right now?

Do I need yoga or Qi Gong experience?

No. Practices are gentle, adaptable and beginner-friendly. You’ll be encouraged to work at your own level.

What if I miss a group call?

Group calls are recorded and available in the course portal. Missing a call does not mean you have fallen behind.

Will this prevent Alzheimer’s or dementia?

No program can guarantee that Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia can be prevented. Genetics, age, health conditions, environment, lifestyle and other factors can all play a role.

What we can do is focus on the factors we can influence.

The Brain-Body Longevity Method helps you build practical lifestyle habits that support brain and body health as you age, without pretending that any lifestyle program can guarantee the future.

Is this medical advice?

No. The program is educational and supportive and is not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult your healthcare provider about personal medical concerns.

Meet Tracey

I’m Tracey Drake, a Certified Brain Longevity® Specialist, E-RYT500, YACEP, and yoga and Qi Gong teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience.

My work brings together brain longevity education, yoga, Qi Gong, Kirtan Kriya meditation, breathwork, functional movement, and practical habit-building.

This work is also deeply personal. My mother has Alzheimer’s disease. When she was diagnosed, she apologized to me because I may carry the ApoE4 gene.

That moment moved me from fear into action.

Now I help others do the same.

Not through panic.

Not through perfection.

Through practical, sustainable ways of caring for the brain and body that we have today.
